For personal reasons, such as a change of mind or ordering the wrong item, returns are accepted only when the product remains unused and in resalable condition.

Due to hygiene, safety, and product usage considerations, certain items may not be eligible for return after opening or use, including:

3. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return.

If the return is caused by a product defect, shipping damage, incorrect item received, or a product description issue, juicomi will cover the return shipping costs and provide return instructions.

If the return is due to personal reasons, such as a change of mind, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Original shipping fees paid at checkout will not be refunded in these cases.

  • Any shipping damage or missing items should be reported within 7 days of delivery. We recommend checking your package promptly after receiving your order.
